No Parking Any Time signs prohibit parking at any time in the specified area. No Parking Any Time signs are typically used in areas where parked vehicles would obstruct traffic flow. No Parking Any Time signs can be part of a decorative sign community plan for wayfinding signage and street lighting.
The Manual on Uniform Traffic Control Devices (MUTCD) establishes guidelines for all traffic control signs. The MUTCD requires No Parking Any Time signs to be vertical rectangular white signs with a red border, the words “NO PARKING” in large red letters on the top two lines, and the words “ANY TIME” in red on the next two lines.
